The Community Connections project was created to support and engage socially isolated community members within the metro-west region.
The project will focus on:

Promoting a range of social and recreational activities

Linking people to volunteering opportunities

Developing and strengthening community partnerships
As the coordinator of the new Community Connections project, I’m looking forward to engaging, connecting and supporting our local community.
