Hydro Hotshots is a Thursday weekly warm water exercise program, 

 for people who are over 55, physically independant, and are eligible for Home & Commmunity Care (HACC) services.

 

Based at Ascot Vale Leisure Centre the program provides members with opportunities to be both physically and socially active whilst undertaking meaningful skill based activities.

 

Members must adhere to safety recommendations and have a medical clearance to participate in the activity.

 

This group of committed hydro enthusiasts enjoy the benefits that regular exercise and social interaction offered under the guidance of qualified warm water exercise instructors. There is nothing better than the buoyancy and support of warm water for people suffering arthritic and/or muscular pain.
