Join the interactive day:

A light exercise program to encourage improved balance, muscle strengthening and breathing techniques, neurosensory activities that will keep the mind sharp and most of all social interactions forming new friendships along the way.  

 

Included in the program:  Safe and comfortable environment, whilst you chat and participate in a variety of activities during your day with us. Arts and craft, guest speakers, walks, team activities, painting and outings are just some examples.  Activity selection is steered by client feedback gathered at the end of each term. We supply refreshments, morning tea and lunch on site.
